Botanica is know for its ability to provide a custom,
individualized and environment-appropriate approach to each wedding, be it
traditional, romantic, or modern. Botanica believes each event is as unique as
each client.
Botanica
will consult to design the ultimate wedding, with your ideas providing
inspiration. Services include
floral design, prop or sculpture design, linen selection, custom table top
rentals, fabric draping, lighting and sound design.
Botanica
will provide a detailed proposal for your review, after a consultation.
Once a proposal is accepted, Botanica will then provide hand-held
service to ensure that your trip down the aisle will be the most memorable.
Payment Methods:
(1) Check or Cash.
Terms: 10% retained to hold the
date. An additional 40% due 60
days prior to event.
Balance due 5 business
days prior to event.
(2) American Express, Mastercard,
Visa, Discover.
Terms: 10% retainer
to hold the date. An additional 40% due 60 days prior to event.
Full balance due 30 days prior to event.
Budget Suggestions:
A minimum wedding floral
budget should start at 10% of the total wedding budget.
Tip!
The minimum table decor budget should equal the catering cost of one
guest, based
on 10 guest per table.
